Sarana International Buddhist Center (S.I.B.C.), founded by Ven Polwatte Pangnananda Thero, serves Sri Lankan, Cambodian and many other Buddhist communities in Washington state.

Located in Tukwila, WA, S.I.B.C. conducts various programms such as the Dhamma school, meditation programme on a frequent basis. S.I.B.C. also organizes national and religious festivals such as new year festival, Vesak celebrations and Katina poojas.
