Natural Meditation

(Non-arising mindfulness meditation)

  • Relax the mind (to the normal position)
  • Be mindful
  • Non-arising mind (keep the mind not to arise)
  • Do nothing without mindfulness (do with mindfulness)
  • Speak nothing without mindfulness (speak with mindfulness)
  • Think nothing without mindfulness (think with mindfulness)
  • Know nothing without mindfulness (know with mindfulness)
  • Letting go everything what you know, until there is nothing left in your mind.
  • Practice until "there is mind but not arising"
  • Observe the "non-arising mind" (Neutral mind) with the mentality of "decaying process" to the "emptiness".
  • This is the end. This is the "finish". This is the "stop". This is the "end of suffering". This is the "liberation".
